We have had a few puzzles lying around that Lilly has shown no interest in (other than to dump the pieces out of) until recently. Now she LOVES puzzles and asks to do them once a day (or more!) I have tried to get videos of her doing them because the conversation she has with herself is just SO cute! But she immediately says "No Mama!"
During her puzzle time she will say 'This one match?" "No Match" or "This One Match!" She will have a running commentary on the colors of the animals like "This pink one", "This one purple" But the best is when she suddenly yells out "Lilly did it!" after placing what she felt was a more challenging piece. For the most part she completes the puzzles correctly and enthusiastically moves onto the next one. It is also a plus that for some reason we have allowed her to sit and lay on the table to do puzzles... probably because she is just SO cute to watch in action!
