Slip N Sliding!

On Mother's Day the girls enjoyed the hot weather by cooling off with a princess slip n slide my Mom found for them! They didn't understand the concept of the slip n slide at all, but they loved the water!

Oh, and there were bubbles, Lots of bubbles!

May The 4th Be With You

We celebrated Star Wars Day on May the 4th and the girls were thrilled. Lilly loves all things star wars and Vivi loves all things related to celebrating!

We had some gallactic pizza.

And princess Leia cupcakes.

Followed by watching a star wars cartoon and movie clips and a light saber fight.

First Family Bike Ride Of The Year

We have been taking some bike rides with the girls which have gone better than last year when Vivi screamed until we turned back home. She still isn't thrilled about the helmet but I think they kind of like riding around as we bike.

Family Gardening (with a Diva)

We spent a nice weekend day all working in the yard.. except Lilly. She had to wear hot pink, sunglasses and have what she calls "princess hair". She also immediately told us that she doesn't pull weeds, she picks flowers. Then she got tired and got out toys and her camping chair so she could lounge while we worked.

Surprisingly Vivi was a pretty good helper, she loved putting rocks, weeds and dirt in buckets and wearing Daddy's gloves.
