Vivian's 2 Week Check Up

Vivian is doing great! Eating lots and sleeping a lot (although not through the night.) Lilly and I took her to her 2 week check up last week. Lilly was VERY proud of her sister and told everyone "This MY baby" and frowned at the nurse and said firmly, "No shot my baby!" At the end of the appointment the doctor gave Lilly all the paperwork: growth charts, information, summary of the visit etc. Lilly promptly and VERY seriously decorated all the papers with stickers.

Vivian is similar to Lilly in growth: 20% in weight and 75% in height. Here is a picture of her on her 2 week birthday. Her face is already filling out with cute round little cheeks!

Happy Halloween!

Here are some pictures of the girls celebrating Halloween. Lilly was a black cat and Vivi was supposed to be a white mouse but spent most of the time swaddled. Happy Halloween!

Hanging Out At Home

Since we all got home from the hospital we have been doing a lot of hanging around the house together. It has been pretty rainy and Vivian is too little to take out of the house too much.

First Family Walk

We took our first family walk the day after we got home from the hospital. It was rainy but still nice to get out of the house. Here are the girls heading out for a little walk.

Vivian's First Bath At Home

Vivian had her first bath at home. Lillian was a good helper! 

The little helper was VERY interested and confused as to why the baby was having her bath on the counter and not in the tub!
