Friday Flashback - Planting Trees

A month ago we went and planted trees with Lilly's Grandpa (my Dad). The family business sponsered a tree planting event through Friends of Trees. Lilly and I went along but we did very little planting. She is a busy toddler and I was newly pregnant.

And doing what we did most of the 4 hours while Ryan and my Dad planted trees... she ate snacks, we did laps around the block, went to a nearbye playground and watched everyone else work. It was fun to support a great cause, even just in spirit!

Nose Bubbles

No pictures this time, just a funny toddler story. Lilly is obsessed with water and bubbles. Over the weekend she discovered she could make bubbles all on her own. She had a really runny nose and would blow snot bubbles and point at them and say "Bubble!" with pride.

Oklahoma Trip - All the Cousins Together

On our last day we tried to pose all the kids together for a whole group picture. I took more pictures of the trip too but taking pictures of little ones is tricky, they didn't all turn out. Below is a play by play of our impromptu photo shoot. Lilly was by far the wiggliest of the group.

Oklahomah Trip - Wagon Rides

Then it was Ryan's turn to play with the girls. They have the same wagon as
Lilly and she loves to ride in the wagon! The older girls took turns pulling it and running behind it while Lilly got to ride the whole time, one benefit from being younger.

Oklahomah Visit - Uncle Kevin Teaching Lilly To Ride A Scooter

Lilly had never seen a scooter up close before our trip. She was super excited to see the girls riding their scooters around. Uncle Kevin showed her how to ride a scooter too!

Oklahoma Trip - Jade Arrives and Cuddling with Cousins!

Here are some pictures of Lilly and cousin Jade snuggling the morning after Jade and Nikki arrived. We were glad to see them, they had had a long night of traveling!
