Coloring Easter Eggs

These loaded in reverse order ...
This year Lilly was a very active participant in coloring the easter eggs. It started off a little shaky since she thought the liquid in the cups was all juice and we were denying her 6 cups of juice that she could only look at. But after watching us she got really got into it!

The finished product.

Adding the final touches.

Searching for more eggs eventhough we had already colored them all and saying "More Egg"

Getting more eggs to keep the coloring assembly line going.

Watching as the eggs sat in the non-drinkable "juice"

Concentrating really hard on lining the egg up with the cup before dropping it in.

The first eggs of the season.

Visiting The Easter Bunny

We took Lilly to see the Easter Bunny this week. She liked the mall, being dressed up in her beautiful dress and accessories from her Grandma and Grandpa Wagoner but she was terrified of the bunny!
Hanging around in her really pretty dress. We will have to go see our photographer for some pictures of her in it!

One okay picture we were able to get.

Here she is half laughing and half crying. There was a little girl waiting for her turn with the Easter Bunny that lilly found entertaining.

Fun With The Cousins In Oklahoma

Sadly we have no pictures of our Spring Break trip to Oklahoma because we lost our camera somewhere between the Seattle airport and home. But we did have a wonderful time visiting with all of the family in Oklahoma. We loved meeting precious little Lincoln. Lilly adored him and all of her girl cousins. Some highlights were trips to the park, wagon rides, "playing" slap jack with the girls and following the girls around everywhere. After just a few days Lilly was saying the girls' names. It was so great to see everyone again and meet our little nephew.
Lilly did a pretty good job traveling despite throwing up a huge amount on the way there. Although we packed extra clothes for Lilly, Ryan was covered in puke and had to buy a new shirt in Colorado. The only pants available for purchase were camoflague sweatpants which he decided weren't worth the embarassment of wearing. That was why we were carrying the camera separately to make room for a change of clothes for everyone in case she threw up again on the return trip. We did take lots of pictures of the kids and are sad we can't share any of them but were fortunate to get to spend time with everyone again.

Social Sweetie at Conferences

Sorry, no pictures this time. Lilly and Ryan came to join me for dinner at work since I had to work at 12 hour day on Wednesday. Lilly was quite the social girl wanting everyone to pick her up, sit on their laps, dancing and then pointing at people to tell them to dance. Walking around on her knees and showing off boo boos and her belly. She even pretended to be a puppy for part of the time! Overall she was very funny and silly and quite the entertainment during a long conference day! Only a half day tomorrow until SPRING BREAK! We hope she is that social, charming and entertaining during our airplane travels net week!
I did want to add: We don't really want her to be social enough to ask strangers to pick her up or sit on their laps, but it would be great if she was happy and entertaining!

Happy St. Patrick's Day!

Happy St. Patrick's Day! Due to parent-teacher conferences I work 12 hours today so we aren't able to celebrate St. Patrick's day on the actual day. Ryan and Lilly will come join me for dinner at school, maybe we will have a green themed meal. Over the weekend we went to a family friendly St. Patrick's Day event with live music, dancers, balloons etc. Lilly had a blast and got really into the music and loved being out with all the people.

Watching her explore and check everything out.
Dancing and entertaining people near us. She danced SO much!

I tried to get a picture of her cute shamrock t-shirt.

Watching the bagpipe band while playing with Daddy's hair.

Still watching the band, she really like the tunes!

18 Months Old Already!

Our sweet little Lilly is 18 months old today. A year and a half has gone way too fast! Here are a few pictures looking back on the last year and a half. I am not sure why two of them are such tiny pictures.
